• Walking Lunge 50/35# DBs in each hand 
• Russian Swings 32/24 kg.
• Box Jump 30/24”
• Plank 45/25#

Each Sled pole will hold:
1x45 + 1x25# plates for males
1x45 + 1x10# plates for females
This should be completed
as fast as possible.
