WZA QUALIFIER WORKOUT
AMRAP x 9 minutes
3 Hang Power Snatch 75/55#
3 Over Head Squat 75/55#
30 Double unders
Barbell reps increase by 3 per round
Double unders stay at 30 reps each rd.
Must fully Deadlift bar before hang snatches and must STAND each rep FULLY!!
score = rounds completed + reps
e.g. Round of 18 Hang Snatch + 4 Over Head Squats = a score of 15 + 22
